Phil Hugus is Director, Intellitrak™ and TEM Services for Alsbridge Network Services Group, which was created when Alsbridge acquired the Thompson Advisory Group (TAG) in December of 2009. Hugus joined TAG in 2005 and serves as the company's principal contract negotiator for client procurement engagements, and spearheads the company's Intelitrak™ Business Information Management platform. Hugus' vast experience in the telecommunications industry includes merger-related operations and restructuring, strategic development, market development and launch, strategic contract negotiations and international management.
Prior to Alsbridge, Hugus had a distinguished career in management with MCI. He joined the
company in 1987 where he held a variety of
sales, service and general management positions.
Most recently as regional vice president and
general manager for MCI's commercial accounts
organization in the Southwest and Southern
California, Hugus was responsible for a $350
million, 275 employee geographic sales
organization. In this role, he led a complete
restructuring, including five new branch
organizations and overall field structure.
Additionally, his responsibilities included
sales, service, P&L and general business
operations management for the business unit.
During his tenure, Hugus was responsible for
negotiating hundreds of complex, significant
contracts on behalf of the company.
Hugus holds a Bachelor’s
of Science in Finance and Risk Management from
Ohio State University and is currently working
towards his MBA at the University of Toledo.
